Repdex Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Repdex (“the app”). By using the app or buying Repdex Pro, you agree to them. This is the end user licence agreement for the app, and it applies in place of Apple’s standard licensed application end user licence agreement.

1. What the app does

Repdex records workouts — routines, sessions, sets, weights, reps and notes — and ships an exercise catalogue of 1,324 movements with animations and step-by-step instructions in ten languages. The catalogue is stored inside the app, so browsing it and logging a workout work without a network connection. The app keeps your log on your device; it has no account system and no server of ours behind it.

2. Your licence

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under the Usage Rules of the App Store Terms of Service. You may not resell the app, rent it out, reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing service.

The exercise animations, thumbnails and instructional content are licensed from third parties and credited in the app. Your licence covers using them inside the app; it does not allow extracting, copying, republishing or redistributing them.

3. Free tier

Without a purchase you get every exercise in the catalogue, every instruction language, unlimited workout logging with full history, the small home-screen widget, and up to three routines. What you have already logged is never locked behind a purchase — if you stop paying, or never pay, your history stays readable. These limits can change between versions; the comparison table inside the app reflects the version you are running.

4. Repdex Pro

Repdex Pro is the only paid item in the app. It unlocks unlimited routines, personal-record curves and advanced statistics, the four-week muscle-balance breakdown, plate math, CSV export of your log, and the medium, large and Lock Screen widgets.

Pro is sold in three forms with identical benefits: a monthly auto-renewing subscription, a yearly auto-renewing subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase. All three are billed through your Apple Account.

• A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is switched off at least 24 hours before the current period ends; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Cancel during the trial and nothing is charged; if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription. Trial eligibility is determined by the App Store and is normally available once per Apple Account.
• The lifetime option is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel; it unlocks the Pro features for as long as the app is available on your Apple Account.

Prices, trials, taxes and availability vary by region, and the price that applies to you is shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. After reinstalling or switching device, Restore purchases on the purchase screen reconnects an existing purchase to the same Apple Account.

Cancelling never deletes your records. You return to the free limits, and everything you logged is still there if you buy again.

5. Your content

The routines, sessions, weights, reps and notes you record are yours and remain your responsibility. They are stored on your device and are not sent to us. How the app handles data, including the usage and crash reporting you can switch off in Settings, is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

The app is provided as is. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued between versions. Purchases are processed by Apple and depend on the App Store being reachable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, for training outcomes or injuries, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Your device holds the authoritative copy of your log: back it up with the device, or export to CSV with Repdex Pro, before changing device.

8. Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple’s purchase, refund and subscription rules; request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated as the app changes. The current version is always the one published at this address, which is the address referenced from the App Store product page.
