Repdex Privacy Policy

Repdex is a gym workout log. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.

Information We Use

Repdex stores the training log you create — your routines and their names, your workout sessions, every set with its weight and reps, session notes, favorited exercises, your answers to the setup questions (training experience, where you train, how many days a week), your app preferences, your reminder schedule, and your Pro purchase entitlement status.

This content is created by you and is kept on your device. Repdex does not require an account, does not ask you to sign in, does not synchronize your log to iCloud, and the developer does not operate a server that receives it. The home-screen widget reads your latest week summary through a private shared container on the same device.

The exercise catalog, its instructions in ten languages, and the exercise artwork ship inside the app. Browsing the catalog, filtering it, and reading an exercise work with no network connection at all.

Analytics And Diagnostics

The app uses analytics and crash reporting to understand which features get used, improve the app, and identify technical problems.

Google Firebase may receive an app-instance or installation identifier, a general region derived from a masked IP address, app interactions such as screen views and feature events, counts and durations describing an activity (for example that a workout was finished, how many minutes it ran, and how many exercises and completed sets it contained), identifiers and categories of exercises viewed as they appear in the app's public exercise catalog, your app preferences such as interface language and weight unit, App Store purchase and entitlement product metadata, crash reports, and related device, operating-system, app-version, and diagnostic information.

The weights and reps you enter, your routine names, your session notes, and your profile name are never included in analytics events, and no total or average computed from the weights you enter is sent. We do not set a Firebase user ID, do not use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), do not run advertising networks, and do not use this data to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

You can turn analytics and crash reporting off at any time in Settings under Privacy. Switching it off stops collection in the Firebase SDK itself, including its automatic session reporting, rather than only silencing the app's own events.

How Information Is Used

We use your training log only to provide the app's features: recording workouts, showing your history and personal records, presetting and running routines, sending the reminders you asked for, exporting your log when you choose to, and unlocking Pro features you purchase.

Anonymous analytics help us understand feature usage and improve the app, while diagnostics help us identify and fix crashes.

Repdex does not sell your personal information, and does not use your data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Storage And Sharing

Your routines, sessions, sets, and notes are stored on your device. Removing the app removes them.

When you export your workouts as a CSV file, it is created on your device and sent only where you direct it using the standard iOS share sheet — for example to Files, Mail, or another app you choose.

Purchases

Repdex Pro is sold through Apple In-App Purchase as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription with a free trial, or a one-time lifetime unlock. Apple processes the transaction; the app receives only product and entitlement status, not your payment card details. Firebase may receive purchase event metadata such as the product identifier and plan. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account settings.

Permissions

If you turn on training reminders, the app asks for permission to send notifications and uses it only to schedule the reminders you configured. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. You can change app permissions at any time in iOS Settings, and reminders can be turned off inside the app.

Data Control

You can edit or delete your routines, sessions, and sets inside the app at any time, and export your log as CSV. Removing the app removes its locally stored data.

Firebase handles previously collected anonymous analytics and diagnostic data under Google's retention and deletion practices. For a privacy or deletion request, email the address below. Because the app has no developer account and sets no Firebase user ID, we may not be able to associate anonymous telemetry with a specific person.

Service Providers

Apple provides In-App Purchase services. Google Firebase provides Analytics and Crashlytics services. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices and are required to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable agreements. Health And Fitness

Repdex is a training log, not a medical or health advisory service. It does not read from or write to Apple Health, and the exercise instructions it ships are general reference material rather than personalized medical advice.

Children

Repdex is a fitness logging app and is not directed to children, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. The latest version will be available from the public Privacy Policy URL listed in App Store Connect.
